How long does the funding process take?

Once all required documents are received, funding can occur in as little as 2–3 business days, subject to underwriting and title.

Do you fund 100% of the gap?

In many cases, yes. As long as sufficient collateral is available and risk can be mitigated, we may fund the full gap. Additional collateral may be requested depending on the deal.

What are your interest rates and terms?

Rates and terms vary based on deal structure and risk profile.
